Treat Tuesday-Irish Brownies
What’s the holidays without a little booze?! For some reason, Bailey’s Irish Cream drizzled over ice cream or mixed in my coffee, screams holiday! For that reason, these brownies have become a tradition in our house on Christmas Eve, post enchilada dinner.
The batter is chocolate chips and cocoa, mixed with some eggs and the delicious Bailey’s. No one will notice if you pour yourself a small glass over ice…no one.
These are fudgey and gooey inside with a light crust on the outside.
So pour yourself a small glass of Christmas Cheer and grab a brownie (or two) as you wait for Santa.
