Treat Tuesday-Double Chocolate Cake
So it might actually be Thursday, but I baked (and ate!) this delicious cake on Tuesday so that counts right?! A tribute to how crazy my day was, I hardly snapped a picture, but I still wanted to share the outcome because it was so, so good!
Basically this is a cocoa cake batter with mini chocolate chips layered right down the middle of the loaves. I baked these in mini loaf pans so I could mail them to my Valentines.
You could sit and pop bon-bons, but this cake is perfect for celebrating the month of love. If that is too sappy for you, make a hot toddy, put a fire in the fireplace and just take a minute to put a smile on your face because you deserve a treat! ❤️
