Treat Tuesday-Birthday Cake Blondies

I’m baaaaccck! I have finally managed to “un-hack” my little family and friends website and so many of you mentioned how you have missed Treat Tuesday so I am excited to share more fun from my kitchen!! First up are these Birthday Cake Blondies. The recipe calls for sprinkles (which I was out of) and white chocolate chips (I only had semi-sweet), but the deliciousness of these brownies still came through.

Since it is January and everyone may be trying to be a little more on the healthy end of the spectrum, these brownies can fit into that diet! First start with some almond butter, this is one of my favorite brands.

Next add in maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, and avocado oil. Stir until smooth then add in some almond flour, tapioca flour, and baking soda.

Finally, fold in the chocolate chips.

As these bake, your kitchen will smell like you just used a pound of butter and a bag of sugar!

Let cool and cut into squares.

Time to celebrate being back in the kitchen! 👩‍🍳
