This bottle of Broken Earth Cabernet is big and bold! It is very fruit forward but in a gentle way. This cab has a nice deep red color that clings to the glass and is very smooth to drink with steak or burgers.
A 2017 bottle from Paso Robles, California is worth buying in bulk and pouring a glass as soon as you get home. It is a really enjoyable wine with a lot of flavor but light tannins. This cabernet has a long finish that leaves you wanting more.
