Wine of the Week-Bluebird Cuvee Brut Sparkling
Bluebird Cuvee is a great sparkling wine for these hot summer nights. It is a nice fruit forward, dry sparkling white wine that pairs well with your favorite charcuterie plate or is excellent just enjoying a glass all on it’s own.
This is a 2020 bottle of Bluebird Cuvee Brut Sparkling Wine that hails from Sokol Blosser Winery which is located in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. We visited this winery a few years ago, sitting on their wrap around porch while viewing the vineyards, such a great experience!
You don’t need a special occasion to enjoy this wine, pop the cork for brunch or or just a day to celebrate summer!
