Treat Tuesday-Peanut Butter Cup Brownies
Looking for a treat for your sweet? You can’t beat Reese’s peanut butter cups chopped up into rich, fudgey brownies! These are easy to make and are the perfect dessert for ❤️ day.
Start with high quality bittersweet chocolate. This is one of my favorites.
Add butter in a double boiler, heat, and stir until smooth.
Let cool.
Next beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the cooled chocolate and vanilla. Finally, gently blend in the flour.
For this recipe purchase the large peanut butter cups.
Roughly chop them while trying not to steal a bite!
Fold into the brownie batter and pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes and then let cool before cutting.
The best combination of crunchy, chewy, fudgey, with hints of peanut butter. These are true love!
