Treat Tuesday-Deep Dark Chocolate Fudge Cookies
These cookies combine two types of chocolate AND chocolate chips. This dough is so super fudgey you can take a spoon and eat the batter (if that sort of thing doesn’t creep you out).
I’ve been using Ghiradelli chocolate baking bars lately because they are at every grocer and the bars always melt effortlessly.
These cookies puff up perfectly round in the oven and turn out not too crisp, not too chewy, but like individual fudge cakes.
It’s a milk and cookies kind of day.
