Treat Tuesday-Chocolate Peanut Butter Sandwiches
You can make this even if you don’t cook. All you have to do is a little melting and the preferred utensil is a standard kitchen knife (for those that have a sketchy history with the sharp ones), so you don’t have an excuse.
Start with a sleeve of Ritz crackers. Get the regular ones, don’t try to think you are going to make a healthy dessert with the whole wheat crackers.
Grab some creamy peanut butter and a knife (my favorite is Jif)
Take two crackers and smear some peanut butter between them and seal together.
Now dunk your sandwich into some rich, melted chocolate and coat completely.
A few minutes in the fridge and these are ready to devour.
