Wine of the Week-JaM Cabernet Sauvignon

This cabernet lives up to it’s name, it is rich and smooth just like jam.  This is very drinkable wine, not too heavy so it works great with pizza, pasta, grilled sausages, and burgers.

It also works well on it’s own.  JaM Cabernet could be your new, “TGIF, it’s after 5pm, where is the corkscrew?”  Actually this bottle is a screw cap, even better.

This 2013 red is from Napa Valley and is quite an enjoyable bottle.
