Spinach & Parmesan Salad

This makes a great side for Sloppy Joe’s or Baked Ziti Pasta.


1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
4 cups baby spinach
4 cups baby arugula
1 ounce shaved Parmesan cheese

Combine lemon juice through pepper and whisk together in a large bowl.  Add spinach, arugula, and cheese tossing well.

Serves: 6
