Lemon Icebox Pie
Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
- 9" uncooked graham cracker crust
- fresh whipped cream
Instructions
- Heat oven to 325°.
- Beat egg yolks with an electric mixer.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice, beating until well blended.
- Pour into graham cracker crust.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
- Let cool one hour, then refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Spread whipped cream over pie.
