Lemon Icebox Pie

Course: Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 9" uncooked graham cracker crust
  • fresh whipped cream

Method
 

  1. Heat oven to 325°.
  2. Beat egg yolks with an electric mixer.
  3. Add sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice, beating until well blended.
  4. Pour into graham cracker crust.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
  6. Let cool one hour, then refrigerate for 3 hours.
  7. Spread whipped cream over pie.
