Treat Tuesday-Pumpkin Pancakes

I might never eat “regular” pancakes again! These Pumpkin Pancakes are a great blend of pumpkin and spices without being too over the top pumpkin if you know what I mean. They are super quick and easy to whip up, you can have these on the table in no time. Great for breakfast or serve breakfast-for-dinner with a couple of fried eggs and bacon…so good.

Start by mixing the flour, sugar, and baking powder together.

In another bowl add a can of pumpkin.

Then add in eggs, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice.

For even more flavorful pancakes make your own pumpkin pie spice blend.

Add in the milk and whisk to combine well.

Finally, add the wet ingredients to the dry, stirring just until combined.

Pour dollops of the batter into a hot pan and flip when the batter begins to bubble on the top.

Cook until golden brown and done in the center.

Serve with warm maple syrup.

These are a great way to start off spooky season!
