Treat Tuesday-Maple-Glazed Pumpkin Cake

This Maple-Glazed Pumpkin Bundt Cake is going to be your new favorite cake. Pure pumpkin in every bite with a delicious maple glaze that you could eat on its own with a spoon. This is a quick and easy recipe that you can put on your Halloween Party menu!!

Start by sifting the flour into a large bowl.

Add in the spices and whisk together.

Next whisk oil and sugar together in a bowl, then add in the eggs and vanilla.

Open up your can of pumpkin puree.

Alternate adding the flour mixture to the eggs with the pumpkin and whisk just until combined.

Finally, pour into a Bundt pan and bake for 55 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.

Turn the cake out of the pan and let cool completely. While the cake cools, make the maple glaze.

Heat maple syrup, butter and cinnamon over low heat until the butter is melted. Then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla.

Drizzle all over the top and sides of the cake.
