Treat Tuesday-GF Blueberry Crumble

I had a friend recently request a Gluten-Free Treat Tuesday and this recipe is perfect! It does not taste altered in any way, you just get the glorious taste of the fresh blueberries with the slightly sweetened crumble over the top. If you are feeling especially wild, you can add a scoop of ice cream on top!

Start with melting the butter in a saucepan.

Next rinse your blueberries and make sure any stems or smashed berries are removed. I used the jumbo blueberries you can buy at the grocery store for this dessert.

Mix the blueberries with some granulated sugar and lemon zest and cornstarch.

Then pour the mixture into a prepared baking dish.

Now mix together the oats, oat flour, and brown sugar.

Add in the melted butter and mix to gently combine.

Finally, spoon the crumble topping evenly over the blueberries.

Bake for about 20 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes and then serve.

This dessert will make your stomach happy!
