Treat Tuesday-Cappuccino Mousse

If you need a special dessert for a special occasion this Cappuccino Mousse is the perfect recipe! It is super light in texture with just the right combination of coffee, chocolate, and cream.

Start with espresso, freshly brewed is best.

Next, add the espresso to finely chopped bittersweet chocolate and gently melt over a double boiler.

Separate the eggs.

Add the yolks one at a time to the chocolate mixture.

Then using electric beaters, whip the egg whites until they are stiff. In a separate bowl whip the heavy whipping cream into soft peaks.

Working in batches gently fold in the egg whites to the cooled chocolate mixture, then fold in the whipping cream.

Spoon into serving dishes and refrigerate for 2 hours. Cappuccino Mousse will win over the hearts of your loved ones!
