Panko Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
- ¾ cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons ground fresh oregano
- 2 1 lb. pork tenderloins
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Mix bread crumbs and oregano in a baking dish.
- Spread the Dijon mustard over the pork.
- Roll pork in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place in a roasting pan and roast in the oven at 450° for 30-45 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes.
