BBQ Pork Tenderloin
This is a quick to prepare dish that you can throw on the grill in the middle of summer.
Ingredients
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup water
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup ketchup
- 4 Tablespoons light brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons dry mustard
- 4 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 2 1lb. pork tenderloins trimmed
Instructions
- Bring all ingredients, except for the pork, to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook for 4 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Reserve ¾ or 1 cup of sauce.
- Sprinkle the pork with salt all over.
- Grill on medium heat for 10 minutes turning once.
- Brush remaining sauce on pork and grill 5 minutes.
- Turn, brush again with sauce and finish cooking for 5 more minutes.
- Let stand on a cutting board for 5 minutes then slice and serve with the remaining bbq sauce.
