BBQ Pork Tenderloin

This is a quick to prepare dish that you can throw on the grill in the middle of summer.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 4 Tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons dry mustard
  • 4 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 2 1lb. pork tenderloins trimmed

Method
 

  1. Bring all ingredients, except for the pork, to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat.            
  2. Cook for 4 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reserve ¾ or 1 cup of sauce.
  4. Sprinkle the pork with salt all over.
  5. Grill on medium heat for 10 minutes turning once.
  6. Brush remaining sauce on pork and grill 5 minutes.
  7. Turn, brush again with sauce and finish cooking for 5 more minutes.
  8. Let stand on a cutting board for 5 minutes then slice and serve with the remaining bbq sauce.
