



Chocolate-Chip Pumpkin Muffins
These are super easy to make and the combination of pumpkin spice and chocolate chips create the perfect muffin!
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and add in the eggs, pumpkin, brown sugar, vanilla, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir to combine.
- Stir in 1 ½ cups chocolate chips.
- Line a muffin tray with liners and spoon batter in, filling about ¾ full.
- Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup chocolate chips.
- Bake for 20-24 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let muffins cool in pan for 5 minutes.
- Remove muffins to a wire rack. Serve warm or let cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
