Chocolate Fondue

Chocolate Fondue

Dust off your fondue pot, dig up your sterno, and light a fire!  Serve this chocolate-y treat with strawberries, bananas, orange slices, pineapple chunks, marshmallows, and even Lays potato chips!
Course Dessert


  • 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 Tablespoon instant coffee granules
  • cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 Tablespoons Tia Maria or Kahlua


  • Place chocolate in the fondue pot.    
  • Add coffee granules and whipping cream and heat slowly until the chocolate is melted, stirring constantly.
  • Stir in Tia Maria and whisk until smooth.
