Sausage-Cheese Rolls
My kids love these so I always make a double batch because they don't last long! You can buy pre-cooked sausage links, or cook them the night before to save time in the morning.
Ingredients
- 10 1 oz. link sausages cooked
- 2 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 11oz. can refrigerated biscuits
- 2 Tablespoons cornmeal
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Cook sausage in a skillet until browned, and drain well.
- Cut cheese into strips.
- Roll each biscuit into a 4" circle on wax paper sprinkled with cornmeal.
- Place a cheese strip and sausage in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold over, and pinch edges to seal.
- Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
