Banana Bread

Banana Bread

This is the easiest recipe and it is packed with banana flavor!

Ingredients
  

  • cup canola oil
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 ⅓ cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.       
  2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix really well.
  3. Grease a 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pan.
  4. Pour in batter and bake at 350° for 55 to 65 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
  5. Cool for 5 minutes, remove from pan and allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
