Spinach & Parmesan Salad
This makes a great side for Sloppy Joe's or Baked Ziti Pasta.
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 4 cups baby spinach
- 4 cups baby arugula
- 1 oz. shaved Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Combine lemon juice through pepper and whisk together in a large bowl.
- Add spinach, arugula, and cheese tossing well.
