Stir Fry Steak
This steak is super quick to make and tastes great over rice.
Ingredients
- 1 2lb. flank steak
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 4 teaspoons dark sesame oil
- 1 red bell pepper sliced thinly
- ¼ cup dry-roasted peanuts
Instructions
- Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips.
- In a bowl combine steak with garlic and crushed red pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, cornstarch and sugar, whisking until smooth.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add red bell peppers and stir fry for two minutes.
- Add meat mixture and stir fry until browned.
- Add soy sauce mixture and cook until meat is done and sauce is slightly thickened. Serve over rice.
