Southwest Fondue

Southwest Fondue

Nothing excites a tortilla chip more than cheese fondue.  This recipe uses Velveeta cheese and it is divine!
Course Appetizer
Servings 6 cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 16oz. pkg. Velveeta cheese product cubed
  • 1 lb. pepper jack cheese slices torn into pieces
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • 2 plum tomatoes seeded and cubed
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • tortilla chips

Instructions
 

  • Combine cheeses and milk in a large microwave safe bowl.  Stir in tomatoes and cilantro.
  • Microwave for 8 minutes, stirring every two minutes.
  • Stir in tomatoes and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
