Southwest Fondue

Nothing excites a tortilla chip more than cheese fondue.  This recipe uses Velveeta cheese and it is divine!
Servings: 6 cups
Course: Appetizer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 16oz. pkg. Velveeta cheese product cubed
  • 1 lb. pepper jack cheese slices torn into pieces
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • 2 plum tomatoes seeded and cubed
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • tortilla chips

Method
 

  1. Combine cheeses and milk in a large microwave safe bowl.  Stir in tomatoes and cilantro.
  2. Microwave for 8 minutes, stirring every two minutes.
  3. Stir in tomatoes and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
