Spinach & Parmesan Salad

This makes a great side for Sloppy Joe's or Baked Ziti Pasta.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 4 cups baby arugula
  • 1 oz. shaved Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Combine lemon juice through pepper and whisk together in a large bowl.  
  • Add spinach, arugula, and cheese tossing well.
