Wine of the Week-Omen Red Blend

This label caught my eye, I love the building featured with the cross in the background.  I loved this red blend even more!

It is a combination of Syrah, Barbera, Petite Sirah, and Zinfandel.  It is smooth, juicy, and slightly bold which was great with meatballs, but also quite enjoyable drinking on it’s own.

The wine is a 2016 from the Sierra Foothills in California by Atlas Wines.
