Wine of the Week-Bonnell’s Cabernet Sauvignon

A few months back I featured Waters Chardonnay created by Chef Bonnell, a local chef here in Fort Worth. This is his Cabernet that you can enjoy at his signature restaurant, Bonnell’s Fine Texas Cuisine. A 2016 Cabernet from Napa Valley that is a great full-bodied red, excellent with steak or your favorite game.

Chef Bonnell continues to the serve the city nightly with his $40 family meals to all the “Frontage Roadsters”. (Bonnell’s is on a local frontage road and everyone knows it’s dinner time by the line of cars!) You can even pick up a bottle of this excellent Cabernet from the comfort of your car. Grab a bottle or two, it’s almost wine time!
