Wine of the Week-Adaptation Cabernet Sauvignon

It’s the start of Memorial Weekend! While your Memorial Day may not be what you have traditionally done, you can still drink wine!!

To celebrate the start of summer, I would suggest a bottle of this cab. It is a 2016 bottle from Napa Valley that I first had in a local restaurant. It has great berry notes and is a wonderfully smooth red perfect with steak or burgers from the grill. Adaptation is from Odette Estate.
