Treat Tuesday-Mini S’mores
Love S’mores, but it’s too hot to toast the marshmallows over the fire pit this weekend? These are the perfect, quick S’mores that are ready in a hot minute using your broiler!
For this recipe, I started with a bag of marshmallows, some dark Hershey’s kisses, and Ritz crackers.
Place the Ritz on a foil lined baking sheet.
Next top each cracker with a Hershey’s kiss.
Now, slice a marshmallow in half.
Place one half of the marshmallow on top of the kiss.
Finally, put the pan under the broiler just until the top of the marshmallow is golden brown. Instant S’mores without heating yourself up!
