Herb Grilled Pork Chops

Here is a quick way to have a healthy, flavorful meal, without steaming up the kitchen.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 4 1" thick boneless pork chops

Method
 

  1. Combine all the spices in a small bowl.  
  2.  Rub the seasoning mixture on the front and back of the pork chops.
  3. Grill over medium heat for 8-10 minutes a side, depending on the thickness of the chops.  (internal temperature of done pork chops should be 160 degrees)
