Mashed Potatoes with Cream Cheese

If you are going to make mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving, go all out with these succulent mashers!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs. Yukon Gold potatoes washed, peeled, and cubed
  • ½ cup butter cut into cubes
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese cut into cubes
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • salt
  • pepper

Method
 

  1. Place potatoes in boiling water, and cook for 15-30 minutes or until fork-tender. Drain. 
  2. Mash potatoes with a potato masher.
  3. Add cubed butter and cream cheese to hot mashed potatoes, stirring to combine. Add cream, salt, and pepper, serve hot.
