Cranberry Sauce
This is a snap to make and tastes wonderful with turkey. Make this the night before. Don't buy canned, just don't.

Method
- Pour the cranberries into a strainer. Rinse and discard mushy berries.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until thickened and all the cranberries have burst, about 25-30 minutes.
- Cool and refrigerate until ready to serve.
