Bacon Wrapped Asparagus
For a pop of green to your holiday table, this vegetable is loaded with flavor!
Ingredients
- 2 bundles asparagus spears rinsed and trimmed
- 8 slices bacon
- extra-virgin olive oil
- freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°. Spray the top of a broiler pan.
- Group three to four asparagus spears together depending on their thickness and wrap a strip of bacon
- Place the asparagus bundles with the ends of the bacon tucked under on the broiler pan.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until the bacon is crisp.
