



Pan S’Mores
Here is a quick way to make S'mores without a campfire or coat hangers.
Ingredients
- 1 14.4 oz. box graham crackers lightly crushed
- 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- ¼ cup butter melted
- dash of salt
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 12 oz. bittersweet chocolate finely chopped
- 1 16 oz. pkg jumbo marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Process crackers in a food processor until fine crumbs form, transfer to a large bowl.
- Add 3 Tablespoons sugar, butter, salt, and eggs, stirring to combine.
- Press crumb mixtures into the bottom of a 13" x 18" jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray.
- Bake at 350° for 8 minutes or until crust is set. Remove from oven.
- Sprinkle chocolate in an even layer over hot crust, spreading evenly as the chocolate melts.
- Place marshmallows in even rows over the chocolate mixture.
- Place in oven and broil until the tops of the marshmallows are golden brown.
- Once cool, cut into squares.
