Lemon Tarts
This recipe is perfect for hot summer days, it doesn't heat up the kitchen and the flavor is so refreshing! My favorite is the limeade with this Graham Cracker Crust.
Ingredients
- ½ gallon vanilla ice cream
- 12 oz. can frozen lemonade, limeade, or orange juice
Instructions
- Let the ice cream and the lemonade thaw for 5 minutes.
- Scoop the ice cream into a large bowl and add the lemonade. Using a large spatula or spoon, combine the ingredients until creamy but not too melted.
- Carefully spread the mixture into individual tart pans or into a large crust.
- Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours before serving.
