Poppyseed Chicken

Whenever I take requests for dinner, this is always at the top of the list.  I use Ritz Crackers to make the topping.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts chopped and cooked
  • 1 10 ¾ can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 16 oz. container sour cream
  • 3 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 31 Ritz crackers crushed
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 2 cups cooked white rice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Combine chicken, soup, sour cream, and poppy seeds and place in a lightly greased 11" x 7 "inch baking dish.Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly. Serve over rice.
  • Stir together cracker crumbs and melted butter, sprinkle over the top of the chicken mixture.
  • Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly.  Serve over rice.
