- Combine rice with beef, egg, salt, marjoram, pepper, and ½ can of tomato sauce.
- Shape into balls.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook meatballs until evenly browned on all sides.
- Add ½ teaspoon sugar to remaining tomato sauce and pour over meatballs.
- Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer covered for 15 minutes.
