Treat Tuesday-Spice Cookies

To make these gems start by mixing the butter and brown sugar in an electric mixer until light and fluffy.

Next add in an egg and molasses.

Now combine the flour and spices in a separate bowl. Slowly add to the butter mixture until a soft dough forms.

Roll into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.

Finally, roll the dough into small balls and roll those balls in granulated sugar.

Bake for 10 minutes or until the cookies begin to crack on the top.

Move to a wire rack and cool completely.
