Wine of the Week-Barons De Rothschild Champagne
I am a huge bubbles person, it is probably my favorite cocktail these days, especially when the weather is on the warmer side. This Barons de Rothschild Concordia Brut Champagne is simply delicious!
Light and full of bubbles, this Champagne is from Reims, France and it is wonderful served on its own or with appetizers. Barons de Rothschild is 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir.
