



Garlic Mashed Potatoes
These are super fluffy and work great with a flank steak.
Ingredients
Method
- Place potatoes and garlic in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Check the potatoes with a fork to ensure they are tender. Drain.
- Place butter and milk in a saucepan over low heat until butter melts.
- Mash the potatoes and add the milk and butter mixture, along with salt and pepper.
