I may have mentioned my son moved off to college last week… So I decided his mailbox needed a package and these brownies are perfectly packable!
The dry ingredients are sifted so there are no lumps in the batter.
Eggs are placed in a mixer with the whip attachment.
After adding sugar and vanilla, they are whipped until thick and pale yellow, helping to make a light, cake-like, brownie.
Sour cream is the final secret ingredient, making these oh so moist with melted chocolate and butter.
Once they are cooled and cut, they fit perfectly in a box for a trip to the post office. So much better than bills and junk mail.
