Slow Cooker Shredded Beef Sandwiches
The sauce drizzled over the sandwiches make this recipe super delicious. A slice of cheese, pickles, and/or caramelized onions also taste great with this beef.
Ingredients
- 3 lb eye of round roast
- 1 14oz. can chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup spicy salsa
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 Tablespoons New Mexico Chile Powder
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups beef broth
Instructions
- Place beef in slow cooker.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over the beef.
- Cook on low for 9 hours.
- Shred beef and place on buns or rolls and top with some of the sauce from the slow cooker.
