Poppyseed Chicken
Whenever I take requests for dinner, this is always at the top of the list. I use Ritz Crackers to make the topping.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts chopped and cooked
- 1 10 ¾ can cream of chicken soup
- 1 16 oz. container sour cream
- 3 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 31 Ritz crackers crushed
- ¼ cup butter melted
- 2 cups cooked white rice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine chicken, soup, sour cream, and poppy seeds and place in a lightly greased 11" x 7 "inch baking dish.Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly. Serve over rice.
- Stir together cracker crumbs and melted butter, sprinkle over the top of the chicken mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly. Serve over rice.
