You can purchase the cutlets in at your local butcher counter. Pour half of the BBQ sauce into a separate bowl before you dunk the pork in to have some to serve with the meal.
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup ketchup
3 Tablespoons packed dark brown sugar
1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
9 pork cutlets
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl except for the pork cutlets and whisk well to combine. Season the pork with salt and pepper and dip into the BBQ sauce and grill 3-4 minutes a side. Serve with remaining BBQ sauce and Cilantro Potato Salad.
