Grilled Pork Cutlets with Homemade BBQ Sauce
You can purchase the cutlets at your local butcher counter. Pour half of the BBQ sauce into a separate bowl before you dunk the pork in and have some to save with the meal.

apple cider vinegar

ketchup

packed dark brown sugar

yellow mustard

molasses

pork cutlets
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl except for the pork cutlets and whisk well to combine.
Season the pork with salt and pepper and dip into the BBQ sauce and grill 3-4 minutes a side.
Serve with remaining BBQ sauce and
