Grilled Pork Cutlets with Homemade BBQ Sauce

You can purchase the cutlets at your local butcher counter. Pour half of the BBQ sauce into a separate bowl before you dunk the pork in and have some to save with the meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 3 Tablespoons packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon molasses
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 9 pork cutlets

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl except for the pork cutlets and whisk well to combine.    
  • Season the pork with salt and pepper and dip into the BBQ sauce and grill 3-4 minutes a side.
  • Serve with remaining BBQ sauce and Cilantro Potato Salad.
