Poppyseed Chicken

Whenever I take requests for dinner, this is always at the top of the list.  I use Ritz Crackers to make the topping.


4 chicken breasts, chopped and cooked
1-10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1-16 oz. container sour cream
3 teaspoons poppy seeds
31 Ritz Crackers
1/4 cup butter, melted

Combine chicken, soup, sour cream, and poppy seeds and place in a lightly greased 11 x 7 inch baking dish.

Stir together cracker crumbs and melted butter, sprinkle over the top of the chicken mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve over rice.
