4boneless, skinless chicken breastschopped and cooked
110 ¾ cancream of chicken soup
116 oz. container sour cream
3teaspoonspoppy seeds
31Ritz crackerscrushed
¼cupbuttermelted
2cupscooked white rice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine chicken, soup, sour cream, and poppy seeds and place in a lightly greased 11" x 7 "inch baking dish.Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly. Serve over rice.
Stir together cracker crumbs and melted butter, sprinkle over the top of the chicken mixture.
Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly. Serve over rice.
